Many different yoga classes in studios make it feel complex and difficult to start? => I explain the basics to my clients in a free trial lesson and go more into detail in the follow-up session.

Better flexibility is a wish, but yoga feels boring? => I used to think yoga was the most boring exercise ever, until I found the deep meaning of it and its long-term benefits. I make our lessons interesting, helpful and inspiring.

Better running time is a priority for the next competition? => My running results significantly improved after including strength exercises – specifically designed for runners – into the weekly training plan. I am happy to share them in our 1:1 lesson 😉
