I always loved running and all types of dynamic activities. It was a great compensation to the long hours spent sitting at my desk, working on my PC. A couple of years ago I found myself searching for a better balance: my muscles were tight, my mind was restless, and falling asleep felt like a daily challenge. That’s when I discovered yoga and meditation—not as a trend, but as a transformative tool. Today, I use my experience with running, yoga practice and self-healing meditation to support others on their journey to wellness.
